Solomon Lab joins CHOg2p initiative for biopharma production

The Solomon Lab joins the multi-institutional initiative between Clemson, Delaware State, Tulane, and UD to develop CHO biomanufacturing platforms for optimized production of biologics and other drugs. The Solomon Lab brings expertise in epigenomics and genomics  to improve product quality and yield. Dr. Solomon is a 2019 recipient of the Department of Energy's Early Career Award joining 46 faculty across the US. The award will provide $750, 000 in research support over the next five years to support the development of anaerobic fungi as next generation bioenergy platforms. More info...
